One of the dishes that I always thought was missing in Pandaria was pepper steak. How could any self respecting monk journey towards enlightenment in LFR or even LFD without it. Afterall, a well balanced meal was necessary to maintain one’s focus.
Primary for meditation and Chi energy. Come and pull up a mat. Let us quiet our minds and meditate before we slaughter our enemies.

1.5 lb. Flank or round steak, sliced into strips against the grain
1 Large onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 Bell peppers, red and green, sliced
2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Honey
Heat oil in large skillet and sautee the garlic.
Add sliced steak. Season with black pepper and soy sauce. Cook only to halfway.
Add onions and peppers. Season again with soy sauce. Cook until onions begin to turn clear.
Add honey and vinegar. Incorporate all together being sure to turn everything to coat them. Deglaze the pan with a bit more vinegar or plain water and toss again if necessary.
Serve over Perfectly Cooked Instant Noodles, plain rice, or
